The battery log solution consists of a customized Digital Twin and connectable modules for

logging, analyzing and displaying battery data.

The heart of the Batterylog solution consists of a customised Digital Twin of the monitored battery. This organises, networks and stores all logged information.

BatteryCore

The BatteryCore includes a number of algorithms for evaluating the collected battery data. You benefit from tested and quickly available solutions, which are parameterized individually for each battery type. We replace missing parameters with suitable default values from the BatteryCore database. This enables us to achieve a fast 'time to market'.

From a simple frontend for monitoring to complex web applications with multiple user roles - we implement the desired complexity. Typically, we develop the frontend in several iterations so that only the functionalities required by the user are implemented at low cost.

Battery Connector

We design the Battery Connector according to specifications. It picks up the measurement data from the BMS. In addition, he can collect his own measurements. The data is pre-processed and filtered locally and, depending on the transmission method, also cached locally in order to transmit in batches if connectivity is available.

Cloud

The battery data is transmitted to the Battery Twin via a suitable network such as WLAN or mobile communications. As a protocol we rely on MQTT and REST. We ensure the operation of the required infrastructure.
